Ferratum stands for people and is proud to offer community-minded platforms to support society, especially in the area of inclusivity and women empowerment. For a number of years, Ferratum is showcasing women worldwide and celebrating the power of female talent and creativity.
Beginning in 2021, we asked female creatives across our global markets to reimagine the Ferratum logo (fe-symbol). We were proud to announce a talented winner from Finland with her imaginative design. The following year, we chose to focus on recognizing the amazing things women do every day that go unnoticed. We called upon our global community to nominate inspiring women they knew who deserved recognition and received numerous worldwide entries. Everything from inspiring mothers and grandmothers, supportive best friends and sisters to wives and girlfriends who overcome difficulty. The deserving woman chosen was from Romania.
Again, in 2023, we asked our global Ferratum community for female musicians to craft a brand jingle to add another layer of creativity and artistry to our messaging. We were impressed with the number of talented submissions. The winning jingle came from a female musician from Latvia.
And in 2024, we looked to create awareness throughout our community and beyond with a campaign uncovering gender bias, diversity, and inclusivity, “Let Talent Transcend Gender.”
Taking a leading stance on growth in the area of inclusivity and women empowerment is important, and a platform where we will continue to be an active voice on.
